Cancellation Policy

At Lebanon Shop, we understand that sometimes plans change. If you wish to cancel an order, we aim to make the process as easy as possible. Please review our cancellation policy below:

1. Order Cancellation

You can cancel your order at any time before it is processed or shipped. To request a cancellation, please contact us as soon as possible at info@almirsystem.com with your order number.

1. Before Shipping: If your order has not yet been shipped, we will process the cancellation and issue a full refund.
2. After Shipping: Once the order has been shipped, it can no longer be canceled. In this case, please refer to our Return Policy for how to return the product.

2. Timing of Cancellation

To ensure that we can cancel your order, please contact us immediately after placing it. Orders are typically processed quickly, and we may not be able to cancel the order if it has already been dispatched.

3. Refund for Canceled Orders

If you cancel an order before it is shipped, a full refund will be issued to the original method of payment. Refunds may take 7-14 business days to reflect in your account depending on your payment provider.

4. Non-Cancelable Items

Some products, such as custom-made or personalized items, may not be eligible for cancellation once the order has been placed. Please check the product details before making a purchase.

5. Partial Cancellations

If your order contains multiple items, we may be able to cancel some but not all items. In such cases, the unshipped items will be canceled, and a refund will be issued for the canceled products only.
